Kristen Bell Saved FROZEN Co-Star Josh Gad’s Family from Hurricane Irma

Olaf loves warm hugs, but when your family is right in the path of Hurricane Irma, finding them a safe place to wait out the storm is an even better show of love. Fortunately for actor Josh Gad his Frozen co-star Kristen Bell did just that for him, by bringing his family to her Orlando hotel.

A grateful Gad shared the news on Twitter, publicly thanking the (impossibly even more wonderful than we thought possible) Bell for rescuing his mom, dad, and brothers by getting them a room at her Orlando hotel.

Okay, we know it’s not always cool to be sincere and sentimental on the internet, but we’re not going to pretend like this doesn’t hit us right in our little snowmen hearts. Especially when Bell responded to Gad’s tweet with this one.

“Anna loves Olaf.” We already knew that, but the fact it carries over into the real world where she was able to help her co-star’s family during a very difficult time is so much better.

But that’s not the end of Bell’s efforts to help the millions of others who are in Irma’s path. Her Twitter account is full of information to aid those who are in danger, with warnings and tips on braving the storm. She also helped actress Jennifer Carpenter (Debra on Dexter) out by getting Carpenter’s aunt and 82-year-old grandmother out of Tampa.

Also, since she is the voice of Frozen‘s Anna, she has helped people pass the time and forget about the storm raging outside.

Some people are worth melting for, and Kristen Bell is one of those people.

What other tales of friends helping each other during this difficult time have you come across? Lots of people can use as much happiness as they can find right now, so share them in our comments below.
