    Mary Lynn,
I realized it was very difficult for you to tell your back story when I heard the raw, emotional tremor in your voice as you told it. I’m happy that you were able to get yourself out of such a manipulative situation and find true happiness with your husband and child. Thank you for sharing.

Wow. The personal story was as personal as anything can me! What’s most interesting is, how relationships were like a short term band-aid for Mary Lynn’s sense of self, but it was in comedy and performing that she fould her inner strength. It doesn’t matter who you are or what you do, there are people who are like emotional vampires ready to bleed you dry, but it’s rare when someone attains enough self awareness to see what’s happening and make it stop, all on their own! Mary Lynn, did you have any friends who saw what was going on in this relationship and tried to get you to end it, or did you do it all on your own? Great Story!!!
