KEY & PEELE’s Make-A-Wish Sketch Will Give You All of the Nightmares

Well done on the spooky, scary skit, Key & Peele. The funny men have done it again, this time going delightfully demented and totally terrifying, thanks to Make-A-Wish recipient Leo Liam (woops! We misheard), a total psychopath who — let’s be real — had he not gotten a terminal illness, would probably have grown into a full-bodied murderperson of the scariest order.

We’re going to say something semi-controversial: kid is devilish. Like, straight-up, and also the worst. Clearly possessed and/or a budding creeperton: I mean that is the only reason why Liam made the wish requests that he did, right? Only a terrifying, Child’s Play sorta monster would want to drown a man before bathing in his death-water, or steal the last breath of a dying soul, or turn hospital mannequins into multi-footed hell beasts, bound together by the dried flesh of those no longer with us.

Logistically speaking, how in the hell would something like that work? You know what? On second thought we’d really rather not know. Sometimes ignorance is the blissiest of the bliss. But don’t just take our word for it, watch the unsettling 4-minute clip.

See? Isn’t it awful? We’re doomed — doomed to be forever creeped out by the mouth-breathing image of Liam the terminally ill murderperson-to-be. We’re terrified and also maybe, kind of, sort of convinced that Liam is the best form of birth control we’ve encountered. Children were already pretty terrifying things (we kid, we kid. Sorta?) as far as we’re concerned, but Liam just upped that anté and cranked the creep up to eleven.

Will you be able to sleep after watching Liam? Give us your tips on achieving non-demonized slumber in the comments.
