Judy Greer: always the best friend, never the bride. You may remember her from the best friend in everything, from 13 Going on 30 to 27 Dresses, The Wedding Planner, What Women Want. Or you remember the blur of her boobs from Arrested Development or the sound of her voice from Archer. You feel like you know her from somewhere. This happens so often she wrote a book about it, I Don’t Know What You Know Me From, effectively cornering the market on memoirs about people you sort of know.

She breaks it down in this ridiculous Funny or Die video, where once again- she’s the best friend coaching a pretty blonde through heartbreak, and advising her to “go get him” at the airport, where all the Ones Who Got Away sometimes don’t quite get away. But once the pretty blonde’s gone, Judy sticks around while the music fades away and she has to get on with the rest of her life. It’s sadly hilarious and hilariously sad. Less sadness and more hilarity will hopefully prevail on her upcoming new show, Married, premiering July 17 on FX.
