John Boyega Spoiled THE FORCE AWAKENS (If You Can Read Lips)

John Boyega has spoiled everything from the new Star Wars movie! You just have to be able to read lips to know what he said.

In a video from GQ, The Force Awakens star decided he has had enough with all of the secrecy surrounding the film and it was time to tell all.

“Hi, I’m John Boyega, star of the new movie, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and I’m about to reveal everything about the story. I’m done J.J. [Abrams]. I’m gonna tell the fans absolutely everything,” said the man who plays Finn.

He then proceeded to tell us everything about his character and what happens to him in the movie, only most of the video is bleeped out. We only get some brief information, like something about a lightsaber, the Millennium Falcon, Han and Chewbacca, lots of fighting, explosions, and how in “one bit” Daisy Ridley “really smashes it.”

Well, this might all seem like a lark, but he really did give it all away, and fortunately for you dear readers I am the resident lip-reader here at Nerdist, and I have deciphered everything he said. So if you don’t want The Force Awakens ruined, stop now. Anyway, here goes:

[Editor’s note: It is obvious Mikey can’t read lips. What he wrote in this section was, quite honestly, worse than total nonsense. We apologize if he got your hopes up, and we have already spoken to him about his claim of being a “well-respected lip reader.”]

Wow! I did not expect BB-8 to be the son of R2-D2, but there it is, clear as day from Boyega himself. Based on what he just told us, he’s right when he says, “It’s frickin fantastic.”
