It’s amazing how some of the most iconic instrumental theme songs out there have lyrics most people have never heard of. The original Star Trek, for example. It had lyrics written by Gene Roddenberry himself. Then there’s Carrie Fisher’s infamous interpretation of the Star Wars theme lyrics. (Bill Murray — as lounge singer Nick Winters on Saturday Night Live — found more success with a different set of Star Wars lyrics.) Now consummate entertainer and Renaissance Man Jeff Goldblum has won our hearts with his take on John Williams’ timeless Jurassic Park anthem. The former Ian Malcolm appeared on Late Night with Seth Meyers yesterday, and performed the tune, wrapping his smooth-as-silk vocals around every syllable. Bear witness to the sexiness below.
