As any fan of Parks and Rec can tell you, if there’s one thing Ben Wyatt loved more than anything else in the world it was calzone. Which is why we’re 100% calling bullshit on his in real life counterpart, Adam Scott, bungling his pizza-making class in Italy by accident.

Sure, celebrities are just like us. Sometimes they go to a pizza-making classes and total shenanigans ensues! And while that’s exactly what Adam Scott would like us to believe about his recent trip to Italy, where his innocent pizza screw-up was ever so conveniently transformed for him into a calzone, we’re not buying it.

That’s right: We’re accusing Scott of intentionally taking a pizza dive, all so the chef running the class could come over and “rescue” him from his “mistake,” allowing Scott to travel down the highway to the Calzone, erm, Zone. I mean come ON—look at his face in those photos. Those are the the expressions of a man who feels he failed.

What would Adam Scott want with a pizza anyway? It’s just your grandfather’s calzone.

So why take a pizza-making class in the first place? Why not just sign up for a calzone-making class? Because they don’t offer those that’s why! It’s the perfect plan, too, because who would ever suspect beloved actor and all-around nice guy Adam Scott to intentionally waste peoples’ time?

We would, when it comes to him and calzone.

But beware Mr. Scott, because while your plan might have worked this time, in the long run you know one thing to be certain: calzone will betray you.
