The latest movie in the Harry Potter film franchise, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, is already igniting several internet debates. How old is Professor McGonagall, really? What’s the truth behind Credence’s family history? What crimes did Grindelwald actually commit? But if there’s one thing that can unite every side of the conversation, it’s Jude Law as Albus Dumbledore, whose hotness in the film is pretty much an undisputed fact.

Crimes of Grindelwald‘s Dumbledore is definitely a different take on the character than we’ve seen before. The film is set decades before he began sporting those trademark glittery robes and a miles-long beard.

But this new (or rather, old) suit-wearing Dumbledore was definitely a welcomed surprise. Lovingly dubbed “Hot Dumbledore,” he caught the attention of the online fandom, who took to Twitter to declare their love for the rugged professor.
