This yearâs D23 Expo was one amazing Disney announcement after another. It was easy to get overwhelmed and find yourself wandering the con floor in the happiest daze on earth. While the Expo showed off their regular array of fantastic Disney merchandise, there were some truly spectacular home goods products that were tucked away in the corner and easily missed.
Here are some of the best finds that stood out. They’ll be making their way from concept to your door faster than you can say, Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!
Frozen Olaf Snowcone Machine
This is the most obvious but also genius collaboration: a Disney Frozen-themed snowcone machine. The machine features the Arendelle sisters and Olafâs little belly hides the cups.
Tsum Tsum dishware
Tsum Tsums were everywhere at D23 Expo and now theyâve moved on from addicting game and plush to apparel, stationery, and plates. New dishware sets feature the adorable stackable tsum and will be hitting the Disney stores and parks by the end of the year. Itâs a tsum-tastic invasion!
Custom Printed Disney Fabric by Springs Collective
Kids love to see their names in print, especially if theirs is unique. Now you can sew up items for your kids with their favorite characters and their names printed right on the fabric. Springs Collective will soon have over 70 designs in their collection that come in both canvas and fleece. You can order this fabric by the yard online and in Joann craft stores come October.
Han Solo in Carbonite Tech Holder by Hallmark
Hallmark does it again. Theyâve wowed us with Star Wars merch in the past and show no signs of slowing down. This tech holder is heavy just like real…carbonite? One could only guess. This hefty holder wonât fall over and makes for a nice art piece for a Star Wars fan when itâs not holding your phone or tablet. Luckily for us thereâs no waiting on this — Â itâs in Hallmark stores and online now.
Pixar Crock Pot
When I saw this I jumped with joy. Crock pots were never cute, but now theyâre downright adorable thanks to the Pixar-ization of these new cookers. Emblazoned with the same designs as the exclusive John Lasseter Hawaiian shirt, this slow cooker is surely going to be a hit at the holidays.
