Holy Puppycats! A New Season of BEE & PUPPYCAT Premieres This Week

Last July on Cartoon Hangover, an out of work twenty-something girl named Bee had a life-changing collision with… well, she wasn’t sure what it was. It looked like a cat, but it smelled like a dog… so she called it Puppycat! And the rest is history. Bee and Puppycat take intergalactic temping gigs to help pay the bills, and in the meantime, they have magical and unusual (and sometimes hypnotically, awesomely weird) adventures. Created by Natasha Allegri (Adventure Time) and produced by Frederator Studios (Adventure Time, The Fairly Odd Parents, Powerpuff Girls,) the 2-part, 10 minute short became a huge hit, and now has over four million views.

In order to make it a full blown series, a Kickstarter was launched in October of 2013 – and nearly $900,000 was raised to fund new episodes, turning into one of the most successful Kickstarter campaigns to date.

And now it’s time to see the fruits of crowd-sourcing! On November 6th, new episodes of Bee & Puppycat will kick off over on Cartoon Hangover.

In the meantime, here are some of the shorts that kicked off the craze!

Brutalmente feliz por esta noticia 🙂 La espera valió pena, así es que se logran cosas con cariño.

  2. The lack of shading makes this look disappointing.
