See What It’s Like to Attend Hogwarts with This HARRY POTTER Mobile Game

The day you’ve been longing for is here: you’re starting your life as a witch or wizard by going to Hogwarts. That’s the experience Jam City is trying to bring to your mobile device with Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery. They’ve released a new trailer for the game, and it shows all the Harry Potter hallmarks you can experience in the story. It’s one of the few times I want to be enrolled in school again.

Since Jam City is working hand in hand with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment’s Portkey Games label, they can pull characters and settings right from the books and the films. Your character in Hogwarts Mystery will go to class and study with Professors McGonagall, Flitwick, Sprout, and others. Look:

I’m taking my broom and going right now.

I’m sure it won’t be too complex to learn how to cast spells and brew potions. I’m intrigued by those mechanics, but I’m mostly interested in exploring classrooms and corridors. I wonder if there’s an option that will allow me to sit in the Hufflepuff common room and hang out all day.

Hogwarts Mystery will be out this spring, and if you want to be informed the second the game launches, you can pre-register on Google Play now–just be aware they’ll likely send a push notification rather than an owl.

Are you into this mobile game? What class do you think will be your favorite? Take a broom to the comments and let us know.
