Strap yourselves in, film lovers, because today’s Movie Morsels is liable to leave you breathless in more ways than one. We’ve got James Gunn addressing the question that’s on most of our minds regarding his Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, the first video clip to feature one of the characters from The LEGO Ninjago Movie, another new clip from Miss Peregrine’s Home from Peculiar Children, and much more!
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2
So just how will Vin Diesel, an actor who’s practically defined by his deep gravelly intonations, provide the speaking voice for the sweet, innocent little baby form of Groot in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2? Director James Gunn has apparently been asked this question one too many times, because he’s finally decided to answer it on Twitter…
Simply because Iâm getting asked this question more than any other. #BabyGroot #GotGVol2 pic.twitter.com/dNwjQOFGDO

Before The LEGO Ninjago Movie hits theaters on September 22, 2017, audiences will be introduced to its ninja teacher/trainer/leader/Splinter/Professor X, Master Wu (voiced by Jackie Chan), in the short film The Master: A Lego Ninjago Short. It’s set to play before the animated feature Storks when it debuts on September 23, 2016. But we’ve got a clip from the short right here for your viewing enjoyment…
Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children
Who’s ready for a new clip from Tim Burton’s latest? Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children arrives on September 30, with a most impressive cast of Eva Green, Asa Butterfield, Ella Purnell, Allison Janney, Terence Stamp, Rupert Everett, Judi Dench, and Samuel L. The Greatest Showman on Earth
Finally today, Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation‘s sensational Rebecca Ferguson has just signed on to star alongside Hugh Jackman in The Greatest Showman on Earth. A musical biopic about the legendary circus impresario P.T. Barnum, the film is directed by Michael Gracey and co-stars Zac Efron, Michelle Williams, and Zendaya. No word yet on who Ferguson will play, but this woman can star in a movie about her reading a grocery list and I’d still pay full price to see it.
