It’s been a bajillion years since Guardians of the Galaxy was released, and we’d keep the soundtrack playing on loop to tide us over until the release of Volume II, but it’s gonna get pretty annoying to hear the same 72 minutes of music for over 500 days. In the meantime—while James Gunn compiles the necessary parts for the second installment—we’ve got some casting updates! And with casting updates comes character speculation (because duh, this is the internet—it’s what we’re here to do). Not only do we have a new actress confirmed for the cast—Pom Klementieff—word on the street is that Matthew “Alright, Alright, Alright” McConaughey just turned down the big villain’s role.
