Get Your Hands on Trendy, Affordable Miyazaki Clothing Line

Earlier this summer, we were fawning over adorable Spirited Away apparel that Her Universe put out. Her shirts plastered tattoo-worthy quotes (“Once you meet someone, you never really forget them.”) beside stills from the film on comfortable, fitted, made-for-women lady sizes. While everyone should love No-Face, some images are a little hard to swallow for people who have never seen Hayao Miyazaki‘s films. A new designer captured our attention, and these clothes are so trendy that even folks who have never heard of Miyazaki will be itching to get their own shirt (after we buy our own, of course).

Meet Wizards of the West. The online company recently unveiled their gorgeous Studio Ghibli collection. With 11 products total, it boasts a sleek assortment of t-shirts, button-downs, and sweatshirts featuring characters from Miyazaki’s ultimate roster: Spirited Away, Kiki’s Delivery Service, Castle in the Sky, Princess Mononoke, Ponyo, My Neighbor Totoro, and Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind. Perhaps the cutest item for sale are their new Princess Mononoke pullover sweatshirts which feature a beautiful crosshatch of the princess herself, her sword, and every adorable head-rocking Kodama. The fabrics appear to be quality material, so prices run a little high, but they’re far cheaper than some of Miyazaki’s cute Etsy finds. Considering these look like high-end fashion designers that could come off the designer runway, a $38 sweatshirt this adorable is a steal.

Check out a gallery of our favorites below! Grab a digital shopping cart and go crazy. Better yet, remind your pals that the holidays are right around the corners and there’s nothing better to receive in December than a cozy sweatshirt with all your favorite Miyazaki pals on it.
