Get Ready to Party with GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY Tiki Mugs

If you like piña coladas and getting caught in the rain and you also like Guardians of the Galaxy, then these are the collectibles you’ve been looking for. Geeki Tikis’ latest offering shines a light on the outlaws who are also heroes with their new Guardians of the Galaxy tiki mugs. Yes, they’re a thing. Feast your eyes on ’em:

Close your eyes and imagine how Rocket Raccoon would react to the notion of a fruit-laden garnish and bright cocktail umbrella coming out of his head. It would be priceless.

These Marvel tikis feature Star-Lord, Baby Groot, Groot, Rocket Raccoon, Gamora, and Drax. They hold about 14 ounces of liquid each. You can display them on a shelf (ThinkGeek has other Geeki Tikis if you want to start a collection) or drink from them on a regular basis. If, like me, you don’t have strong feelings about tiki drinks, use them for any kind of beverage, alcoholic or otherwise. I think my morning cup o’ orange juice would be extra delicious coming from Groot.

Because you can’t split up a group like this, the tiki mugs come in a set of six. You can order them exclusively on ThinkGeek for $79.99. If you get a set, I think you’re required to make custom umbrellas that match the respective characters (e.g. Groot’s should have little branches on it) and to come up with drink recipes suited to each member of the group. I don’t make up the rules–except, in this case, I totally do and I like committing to a theme.

What sort of cocktails would you pour into your Guardians of the Galaxy tiki mugs? Tell me your picks (and maybe recipes?!) in the comments.
