So, based on the opening of the trailer, it seems this movie will see Schmidt and Jenko at odds in the beginning and not in the best of places as partners. That’s a perfect area to take the sequel, so we can watch as the two rebuild their relationship while trying to stop a drug chain at a college. It really seems like the gloves are coming off for this sequel, and that’s great news, so let’s just go ahead and add this to the win column for Phil Lord and Chris Miller right now.
