With the PlayStation Experience (PSX) going down this weekend, gaming news and rumors have been flooding the web lately. Just in case you weren’t able to soak it all in, we’re here to keep you informed and up to date. In today’s Gaming Daily, watch Shaquille O’Neal and Steph Curry rock out to Ed Sheeran’s “Sing” in a new Guitar Hero Live video, we published an exclusive look at the television debut of Rooster Teeth’s Red vs. Blue, there will be two PS4 bundles (one packaged with Star Wars: Battlefront, one with Uncharted the Nathan Drake Collection) retailing for $299.99 starting December 6, our own Malik Forté showed off some Just Cause 3 gameplay in the latest episode of Nerdist Play, and New Mortal Kombat X characters will be announced at PSX this weekend.
Shaq and Steph Curry were featured in Guitar Hero Live‘s latest video.
Regardless of whether or not you’re into basketball, you’ve probably heard of both Shaquille O’Neal and Steph Curry (of the Golden State Warriors). Though they’re clearly known for their skills as professional basketball players, you probably weren’t aware of how great at lip-syncing they were. That is, until now. Check out their rockstar performances in the latest Guitar Hero Live video at the top of the page.
If you paid attention, you probably also spotted a couple of other familiar faces including Vine star King Bach, and Fox Sports’ Erin Andrews. As the video’s description states, the music video was created by fans using the musical.ly instant video app.
This isn’t the first Guitar Hero clip to feature celebrities. Prior to the game’s October 20th launch, Activision released a fun video featuring James Franco and Lenny Kravitz, showing fans how to win the crowd. Though the newest video isn’t as polished as that one, it’s still a lot of fun.

Two PS4 bundles to retail for $299.99 starting December 6th
If you’ve been looking for a reason to upgrade, or add a new console to your household, look no further than Sony’s latest announcement. Starting on December 6, both the Star Wars: Battlefront and the Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection PS4 bundles will be retailing for $299.99–which is what the system costs on it’s own.
To put things in perspective, the bundles are currently being sold for $349.99. So, that means you’re getting a whole $50 in savings, which is pretty much the cost of a game. Considering both bundles grant you more than one game, this is a steal.
If this looks like an opportunity you want to take advantage of (because of course it is) make sure to act fast, as the sale ends on December 19.

It’s been a while since we’ve had a character reveal. With past announcements being a mix of new fighters (Jason Vorhees, Predator) and old (Tanya, Tremor) there’s no telling who they’ll reveal next. There’s been a lot of interesting speculation however, with fans hoping for characters like Elvira, The Joker, Noob Saibot, Smoke, and even Indiana Jones.
Who do you want to see?
