Hopefully you had enough time to rest and recharge over the weekend, because on top of all of the games that are on the way, we have quite a bit of news. So, let’s get to it. Vault Tech Fallout 4 Bag

Bethesda announces several limited edition Fallout 4-themed gear.

If you were paying attention to the internet today, you probably saw that the special Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition went on sale again, only to be sold out again in 10 minutes. Whether you weren’t able to snag one the first time around, or missed the boat by a margin of a second today, Bethesda has some good news for those who’re still looking to get their hands on some limited edition Fallout 4 swag. In addition to several items being on sale in the Bethesda store this week, the company unveiled a couple of products we’re sure you’ll want to spend your hard earned bottle-caps on.

Starting tomorrow, a limited edition Xbox One controller (pictured at the top of the page) sporting Vault Boy’s colors and image will be introduced. If you were lucky enough to score the Pip-Boy edition, you might want to pick up the matching messenger bag (above), which will be available starting Wednesday.

Fallout 4 Vault-tec watch

On Thursday, you’ll be able to pick up the above watch (only 1,500 available), whereas Friday will be reserved for a limited edition version of the Fallout 4 art book (5,000 available).

Considering how quickly Fallout 4-related pre-orders have sold out in the past, we suggest acting quickly if you want any of the above items.

This live-action Star Wars: Battlefront trailer has all the feels.

With live-action trailers being all the hype these days, EA and Sony decided to join the fun and release one for DICE’s upcoming Star Wars: Battlefront. This might just be the Star Wars nerd in me talking, but despite the stellar live-action trailers recently released for Destiny: The Taken King, Halo 5: Guardians, and Fallout 4, the new Battlefront trailer (above) is hands down my favorite. Bask in the nostalgia in the above trailer, and for more information, feel free to check out our full article.

P.T. spiritual successor, Allison Road, could utilize PlayStation VR

While Hideo Kojima’s messy departure from Konami meant the cancellation of P.T./Silent Hills, it looks like we might be able to fill the void with a VR-compatible spiritual successor titled Allison Road–which was launched on Kickstarter at the end of September, and subsequently picked up by Worms’ publisher Team 17. Though we already knew the game would be playable on the Oculus Rift, Sony’s Director of Strategic Content Shahid Kamal teased a PlayStation VR version on his official Twitter Account.

When asked whether PSVR dev kits would be handed over to the game’s developer, Ahmad responded with the following:

Seeing as the game’s developer Lilith already revealed that the title would be available on the PS4, making it compatible with the system’s VR headset would make a lot of sense. The tweet, of course, doesn’t serve as official confirmation, but it’s got us excited (and terrified) all the same.

We sat down and chatted with Until Dawn composer Jason Graves

There have been a ton of great games this year, but as a huge fan of the horror genre, one of my favorites was the PS4 exclusive Until Dawn. On top of pulling from famous films, the game’s utilization of both the butterfly effect and the score were some of my favorite things about it. In celebration of our love for the game, Nerdoween and all things spooky, we sat down and chatted with the man behind the soundtrack, Jason Graves. We discussed horror, games, and what it was like composing for a title that features the butterfly effect. For our full interview, click here.

In addition to our interview with Jason, our friendly neighborhood podcasters The Indoor Kids had a chance to chat about the game with scriptwriters Graham Reznick, and Larry Fessenden. If you’re looking to give that a listen, head on over to this article.

Life is Strange Finale launch trailer.

Note: The above trailer contains spoilers for Life is Strange. If you aren’t caught up and want to remain spoiler-free, DO NOT watch it.

Speaking of the butterfly effect, it feels like it was just yesterday that we were ranting about Life is Strange’s debut episode. Although we didn’t publish reviews for the subsequent episodes, we’ll definitely be posting our thoughts on the entire season once we get our hands on “Polarized.” With the episode’s release only a day away, Square Enix dropped a brand new launch trailer (above) that’s got us feeling all the feels.

Since mentioning anything that was shown in the video would delve into spoiler territory, all I’m going to say is that I am both excited and terrified to see what ends up happening. Although I had several issues with the game, it has been one of the most surprising games of the year–at least for me. The developers boldly hit on a bunch of tough subjects, so hopefully the grand finale holds up.
