GAME OF THRONES’ Night King Gets an Icy Variant Statue by Dark Horse

Game of Thrones is full of devious villains and schemers who are happy and adept at playing one rival against another to further hidden agendas, and chart a chess-like strategy toward the Iron Throne. But in the case of one particular villain, we can safely say he’s pretty transparent and his motives are absolutely clear. As such, the newest variant figure in Dark Horse‘s long-running line of 8-inch figural statues is every bit as see-through as the Night King himself.

He looks like a big ol’ ice cube, but don’t put him in your drink by mistake. Your beverage comfort is not his concern. And don’t mistake this guy’s level of chill as being cool with anything you do. The only reason he’d be down with whatever is that nothing matters once he has zombified you. Thankfully, this is just a replica and not an actual live White Walker, so rather than being just a mindless footsoldier in his army, the tables are turned, and he is now part of your collectibles army, bowing to your every display demand.

The translucent Night King is a shared ThinkGeek and GameStop exclusive, priced at $29.99 like most of the rest of the line. And while we’d normally say something like “Winter is coming, so preorder now!” that won’t be necessary today, as he’s already in stock online. Those White Walkers are always closer than you think.

To quote a famous former governor of California, “Ice to meet you!”

Are you ready to hail this king in your home? Speak your peace in comments!
