GAME OF THRONES Characters Reimagined as Disney Princesses

Let’s say you like — nay, love Game of Thrones. Perhaps you’re also into Disney animation as well. What if we told you a very clever artist put the pieces together and combined the two for an entertaining mash-up of some of your favorite characters?

BuzzFeed shared DeviantArt images from artist djedjehuti‘s awesome series, “The Wonderful World of Westeros,” in which some of our beloved Disney princesses take on more sinister roles. Some of the combinations are spot on: Daenerys Targaryen as Frozen‘s Elsa, Mulan as Brienne of Tarth, and Lilo as Arya Stark. Others are a bit of a stretch. Who knew Aurora could be as conniving as Cersei Lannister?

Megara from Hercules would’ve been a better Shae.

  2. Amelia says:

I personally think Kida from Atlantis would make an awesome Daenerys

    Pocahontas as Talisa Stark!

  4. JB says:

How about Pocahontas as Talisa Stark?

  5. blackbeltharleygal says:

They didn’t include Leia either. She would have been a better Arya

There is a kickstarter going on for this VERY topic! Can’t wait to see it!

  7. I wonder why they chose not to include Pocahontas.

  8. JadeRook says:

I’m guessing it is Tiana as Meera Reed

  9. Wren says:

@martha mott: Tiana as Meera Reed. If you follow the link you can see all of them.

  10. Shannon says:

Why isn’t Tiana listed in these individual shots? I won’t press it but, um, that’s racist. She’s Meera Reed, BTW.

  11. Martha Mott Reynolds says:

Who is behind Arya and Danyris? She is not pictured below.

  12. Jason_P says:

First up, this has cast a few of the princess in a much filthier light.

But I wish Arya had her own Stitch!
