In DC’s comic book universe, Wonder Woman is more than just a superheroine or a champion. Diana’s mission is to serve as an ambassador who embodies grace and compassion while providing hope to anyone who needs it. During a recent break in filming for Wonder Woman 1984, Gal Gadot lived up to her character’s example while visiting a children’s hospital in her full Wonder Woman costume.
Via The Hollywood Reporter, Gadot dropped by the Inova Children’s Hospital in Annandale, Virginia on July 6, and her gesture was extremely well received by the young patients and the doctors on staff. A few of the photos from Gadot’s visit have been lighting up on social media, and further blurring the line between the actress and the heroine she portrays on screen.

At least one Twitter user made a connection between one of Diana’s lines in the first Wonder Woman movie and a photo of Gadot from her visit.
