French Artist Creates Massive Image of Batman and Friends with a Single Line

Batman Day may have passed, and it may not be his 75th Anniversary anymore, but there is never a bad time to celebrate Batman. A French line artist named Chrisophe Louis, better known as Quibe, agrees with that statement, and teamed up with Geek Art and French Paper Art Club to bring the world an awesomely unique concept; a giant illustration of Batman and his friends made out of a single unbroken line.

The massive image features Batman, Catwoman, Commissioner James Gordon, and Robin keeping watch over Gotham City from the rooftops. The piece is mind boggling as a whole, but for those that are interested, French Paper Art Club is also offering mini-prints of each individual character for sale. They are only limited edition prints though, so you might want to scoop them up before they disappear. Just like Batman always tends to do.

Quibe’s art, deemed line art, is not always made of a single line, but that tends to be a common aspect he utilizes. His minimalist style usually involves recreating famous characters or images and it has led him to quite a lot of recognition. Those interested in more of his work can check out his Tumblr page, as well as his page through Society6. Also be sure to check out the larger character images down in the gallery below.

Let us know what you think of Quibe’s image, or if you plan on buying a print of one of the characters, in the comments below!
