Flight of the Conchords Extend Tour in North America

It’s business time! After announcing a handful of shows including a set at the Newport Folk Festival this summer, Flight of the Conchords have added a whole slew of new dates to their tour. Their official website promises new material from the New Zealanders, which means that we have already purchased every possible ticket to each show, so see you there.

This tour marks the band’s first outing since 2014’s Oddball Comedy & Curiosity Tour, and is easily their most anticipated doing since their widely beloved 2005 HBO special One Night Stand and eponymous HBO series. Though we are excited for new material, we hope they work in the classics that made us fall in love with them in the first place. Imagine staring deeply into the eyes of your boo as the Bret and Jemaine serenade everyone’s mediocrity with “Most Beautiful Girl in the Room.” Try not to cry—blame it on the rain, of course—when the duo pay tribute to the late great David Bowie with “Bowie’s in Space.” Suffice it to say that we cannot wait.
