Katniss Everdeen may have escaped the arena twice, but the games are only just beginning with this first clip from The Hunger Games: Mockingjay-Part 2.
The clip, released by Fandango to celebrate the start of ticket sales, starts with our Girl on Fire, Katniss Everdeen, surprised that the recently married Finnick Odair is joining her in Squad 451, a “non-combat unit,†set to be the “onscreen faces of the invasion,†also known as the “Star Squad.†Although they are supposed to be a special unit that stays behind the main fighting, working as more of an inspirational group to further boost morale for the revolution, there is no question about the dangers they will encounter, like a bobby-trapped Capitol prepared to do what it must to retain its power.
Each and every Hunger Games movie has been better than the last, so we’re certainly excited for this final showdown, especially since it is going to be taking place in the visually stunning Capitol of Panem.
The movie will open on November 20th, and you can start purchasing tickets now.
