Here be dragons. The creatures appear throughout pop culture in books, games, comics, you name it. Though the designs and looks all vary–some have scales, some have fur, some have feathers–there are a surprisingly high number purple dragons for some reason.

In order to switch things up a little for this week’s Fan Art Friday, I thought I’d gather art depicting some of the most famous dragons of them all. You’ll find familiar beasts from The Hobbit, How to Train Your Dragon, Game of Thrones, and more.
