FALLOUT 4 WASTELAND WORKSHOP Lets You Become Norman Bates

If you’re all about turning your Fallout 4 settlement into a real home, then Wasteland Workshop is the DLC for you.

The newest downloadable content for Bethesda‘s Fallout 4, titled Wasteland Workshop, gives the player even more options to deck out their wasteland settlement with deadly traps to ward off intruders. If you’re not into bringing fear to those that oppose you, other non-deadly tech can also be built using nixie tube lighting and letter kits. It also appears like you can mount downed creatures’ heads on walls as trophies using taxidermy. Basically, you can become Norman Bates from Bates Motel if that show took place in post-apocalyptic Boston.

Best of all, Deathclaws and other terrifying monsters that roam the post-apocalyptic land can now be captured and tamed! Heck, you can even create your own gladiator-like battle arenas using your new pets. I don’t doubt that some of you out there will also be starting up the first ever wasteland zoo.

You can nab the Wasteland Workshop DLC on Tuesday, April 12 (one short week away) for $4.99. Peep the trailer above for an overview of what will be included in the package. If this is still not enough Fallout for you, Far Harbor will be launching in May, which takes you all the way to Maine. This will feature the largest landmass Bethesda has created for a piece of DLC; in other words, there’s still plenty to do in the Commonwealth.

Are you guys planning on downloading this post-release content? Have you been playing Automatron? What are you looking forward to most in the Wasteland Workshop DLC? Let us know in the comments below!
