Extended “Game of Thrones” Season 3 Trailer: 100% More Bears

Bears, dragons, and bastards, oh my! If you’re anything like me, you are unreasonably excited for March 31st, because it heralds the return of Game of Thrones, also known as the best few months of my television watching year. This extended Season 3 trailer is quite similar to the original trailer, but it gives us an additional sneak peek at what’s to come, including a dragon flight sequence, a bear pit, Joffrey being a real douchenozzle, Paul Kaye as Thoros of Myr, and hints of the type of jaw-dropping stuff we can expect to see in Westeros, Essos, and, of course, Beyond the Wall. Typically, March comes in like a lion and out like a lamb, but this year, it’s going out with Lions galore (and a badass battle-damaged Tyrion, to boot).

Are you excited for season 3? Quemment below and let us know. And make sure to denote spoilers, because nobody thinks that shit is cute.

  1. Aaron says:

I am super excited, but that is not the least bit unreasonable after watching the extended trailer. I saw it after leaving my office at DISH and appreciated every extra second of jaw dropping teaser provided. I can’t wait to see what the dragons are capable of when the premier finally airs at the end of the month. I know I will still be visiting family then, but I can still catch it since I have a DISH Hopper. It lets my IPhone access all of my DVR recordings and even play live television, so no matter where I am I no never worry about missing my favorite shows.

I’m ready for this. My friend was a little turned off during season two with the magic element but I told him there will be more fantastic stuff to come.

  6. Chantel says:

Holy shit. Between the GOT season 2 dvd release at Best Buy NYC and all these previews, billboards of dragon shadows and posters, I’m having multiple nerdgasms. Keep the coming….pun intended.
