There’s no fake burger nearly as famous as the Big Kahuna Burger. You may recall Samuel L. Jackson’s Jules making the declaration in Pulp Fiction, “This IS a tasty burger!” In addition to Jules’ admiration for the burger-as-breakfast food, the Hawaiian burger joint has been name checked in Four Rooms, Death Proof, and Reservoir Dogs… and in the movie version of From Dusk Till Dawn, brought back to the hotel by George Clooney. Now, thanks to Robert Rodriguez and the folks at El Rey Network, the Big Kahuna Burger is coming back in a big way. In preparation for Tuesday night’s episode of From Dusk Till Dawn, we’re finally getting to see what all the fuss is about. Check out the burger joint’s new commercial:
No wonder Brett chose it over so many other fast food places that fateful morning when Vincent and Jules came a-knocking. Just the kind of place you’d want to stop for a snack on your way to Mexico, right? Well, that might be what Richie and Seth Gecko have in mind on tomorrow night’s third episode of From Dusk Till Dawn on El Rey Network. As Earl McGraw and Freddie Gonzalez continue to hunt the brothers after a bank robbery gone bad, the Geckos take the Fuller family hostage in hopes their RV can get them to safety on the other side of the border.
Robert Rodriguez definitely stopped by:

Dan Casey why are you surprised? I thought it has always been implied that the Tarintino and Rodriguez worlds were connected in some way.
