Exclusive Preview: NINJAK #8

The Shadow Wars have begun, and Ninjak a.k.a. Colin King may have finally gone too far!

MI-6 assigned Ninjak to take down the criminal empire known as Weaponeer by infiltrating their ranks and destroying them from the inside. Instead, Ninjak has seized control of Weaponeer for himself! Ninjak’s stated goal remains the same, and he’s already defeated two of the organization’s top leaders: La Barbie and Sanguine of the Shadow Seven.

But, in our exclusive preview for Ninjak #8, MI-6 informs Ninjak’s contact, Neville Alcott, that it’s open season on Ninjak for nearly triggering a nuclear catastrophe when he severely injured Sanguine. The preview also reveals the origins of Fitzy, Ninjak’s next target among the Shadow Seven and it delves into his connection to Dr. Silk. And Fitzy is far more formidable than either La Barbie or Sanguine…

Before you check out our preview in the gallery below, here’s the official synopsis of Ninjak #8 from Valiant Comics:

THE SHADOW WARS – PART 3! Ninjak face-to-face with the terrifying threat of…FITZY!

Ninjak goes toe-to-toe with the brains of the Shadow Seven operation: the deadly and very intelligent Fitzy. But as Colin King discovers he has much more in common with this group of thieves and murderers than he’d like, will he be able to hold onto his honor…and his sanity?

Writer Matt Kindt and artists Stephen Segovia and Ryan Winn continue the Shadow Wars in Ninjak #8, with covers by Mico Suayan & Ulises Arreola, Dave Johnson, and Jason Latour. Kindt also contributed a character design variant cover of Fitzy that further explores his background.

Ninjak # 8 will be released on Wednesday, October 14.
