The perks of making it big in professional sports are endless. Nice hotels, cars, houses, food, nightlife and, of course, the ever popular endorsement deal. Professional athletes make millions promoting all kinds of products but sometimes when you’re new on the scene, you have to take the deals you can get. Such is the case for LA Riot star Tony “Matador” Bravo (Gabriel Luna), who can be seen doing a local commercial for Dulce Sueños Mattress Store in East Los Angeles, family owned since 1997! Much like El Rey’s “Big Kahuna Burger” commercial that was released earlier this year to promote From Dusk Till Dawn, the TV spot is fun, silly and true to the series on which it’s based.
In the upcoming episode of Matador, things are heating up both on and off the field. The stakes of a highly anticipated game are high but not as high as the games being played off the pitch. LA Riot owner Andres Galan (Alfred Molina) is tasked with escorting a personal package to Sayer (James Callis) during a rematch between the LA Riot and the Austin Terror. The plan may have fatal consequences for one when Reyna Flores (Eve Torres) enters the mix, forcing Tony to make a call that will send him down a dangerous path.

The 11th episode of Matador titled “Riot ‘Til I Die†airs Tuesday, September 23rd at 9pm ET/PT. The series, created by Roberto Orci, Dan Dworkin, Jay Beattie and Andrew Orci, stars Gabriel Luna, Alfred Molina, Nicky Whelan, Tanc Sade and Neil Hopkins.
