Kids say the darnedest things, don’t they? Especially if they are kids who are training in deadly assassination techniques with Talia al Ghul. Such is the life of young Damian Wayne, a boy of eight going on nine who is about to enter into the final 365 days of his grueling training regimen. When I was eight years old, I ran out of a karate class in tears. Written and illustrated by Patrick Gleason, with additional art by Mick Gray and a variant cover by Andy Kubert, Robin: Son of Batman #2 looks to take the Boy Wonder on a globetrotting adventure alongside his trusty red sidekick Goliath. What the future holds, though, may not be anything suitable for a boy of his age…
