Ahh the supercut. A compilation of short clips, tropes, cliches, and whatnot to satiate our ever content-hungry minds. Some showcase things like the beauty or similarity of things in film and television. Others—which are sometimes the best—tend to focus on nonsensical things like the sound effects in a particular movie franchise or the improbability of improvised weaponry. Adding to the entertaining nonsense side of supercuts we have this one of pretty much every burp ever burped by Rick Sanchez on the Adult Swim series Rick and Morty.
The supercut, compiled by Digg.com, is over a minute long and a bit hard to watch if you’re at all squeemish about bodily functions. Rick’s signature burps have become a bit of a calling card for the character whose drinking problem has become more and more prevalent as the series has gone on. As one of the smartest people in the universe (better make that multiverse), Rick Sanchez is never one to excuse himself as he’s usually got too much on his mind. We’ve also learned this is a trait shared by almost all the Ricks across all dimensions, so there doesn’t seem to be any indication manners even play into it.
