E3 Field Report: Jessica Chobot Interviews Richard Garriott

Some know him as Lord British, others call him General British, but one thing’s for certain: Richard Garriott is nothing short of a legend. His latest project, a super successful Kickstarter title by the name of Shroud of the Avatar: Forsaken Virtues, was on display at E3 and Jessica Chobot had the opportunity to chat with him about this spiritual successor to Ultima Online. Speaking of Ultima, Garriott also weighs in on that one time where he killed himself in the game, and the internet went donkey-balls.

Be sure to check out all of our remarkable video game coverage over in our special E3 hub, and to chat anything and everything gaming related, I’m only one tweet away @Malik4play.
