Doctor in the House: David Tennant Guests On “Star Wars: The Clone Wars”

Here’s a clip from Saturday’s episode of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Anything sound familiar? The voice of the ancient droid Huyang… it’s David Tennant.

IGN has the details, including supervising director David Filoni becoming a fan of Doctor Who (via his wife) and going after Tennant once he heard the Tenth Doctor happened to be a Star Wars fan.

The show airs Saturday morning at 9:30/8:30c on Cartoon Network.

(They couldn’t have him play a doctor?)
