Star Wars came to Disney Infinity 3.0 in August, and characters and locations from across the saga have been introduced to the game. The release of The Force Awakens means even more content will be added. Disney Infinity will be the only game you can turn to after you see the film to play with the new characters and visit the new locations, and one of those locations is Jakku. The desert planet has also been featured in Battlefront. It’s the home of a seismic event between the Rebel Alliance and the Empire in the years after Return of the Jedi.
Disney Infinity has a certain style; it’s a little exaggerated and cartoon-y. That means Jakku looks different than it does in Battlefront. Take a look at the concept art:

The bustling marketplace looks to have plenty of corners to explore. The game description says players will gain credits on Jakku by salvaging and helping out locals. The local economy is all about taking parts from rundown ships. So, the game will basically let you pretend to be a scavenger like Rey. She’s one of the new playable characters available, along with Finn, Poe Dameron, and Kylo Ren. They’ll be available with The Force Awakens content on Friday, December 18.
