Stream Dan Auerbach’s New Band The Arcs’ Debut Album

The Black Keys’ singer and guitarist Dan Auerbach has come a long way since he recorded his main band’s early albums on four-track recorders in garages and factories in Akron, Ohio. The Black Keys have become global superstars and Auerbach’s newest band, The Arcs, are generating some buzz of their own ahead of their debut album, Yours, Dreamily, which is set for release on Sept. 4 via Nonesuch Records. But we won’t have to wait that long to hear it, as the record was made available to stream in full today, so give it a spin below, via NPR.

Auerbach had previously said of the band—which also includes Leon Michels, Richard Swift, Homer Steinweiss, Nick Movshon, Kenny Vaughan and Mariachi Flor de Toloache—and the record:

“This project was about making music with some of my longest relationships in music. Leon [Michels], Richard [Swift], and I have not only worked in the Black Keys together, but we have produced together, played on various projects of each other’s, and we’ve collaborated longer than a lot of bands stay together. It just kind of came naturally.”

Listen to the album and check out the tracklist below, and watch the band’s music video for “Put A Flower In Your Pocket”.
