Cosplay Meets Origami with These Papercraft Masks

I saw Jurassic World the other night, and while the show was sold out, it lacked something that all the summer blockbusters seem to have in droves: cosplayers. No one was a T-Rex. No one dressed up as a raptor. Confused Star-Lord cosplayers did not show up. Heck, nobody even dressed up as Batman to troll the audience.

Well, thanks to TetraVariations, not only can you cosplay as your favorite dinosaur, you can do so at a fraction of the cost it is to, say, buy THIS:

They have produced patterns so you can use PAPER to create a mask of whatever prehistoric creature suit syour fancy. If you LIKE Jurassic World, but LOVE Game of Thrones, you can also purchase a Dragon pattern (pattern for Khaleesi NOT included).

If classic gaming is more your style, feel free to check out their Metroid and Mega Man helmets as well. If you didn’t start playing until Mega Man X, I have some great news for you. If you want to go all out, they have a full Samus costume ready for you.

Feel free to peruse the gallery below to see what other masks TetraVariations can help you create. If one speaks to you, check out their Etsy store here.

Which one do you like the best? Are you still okay with buying a pre-made costume with those boot covers that break after 10 minutes (I was a terrible Captain America anyway)? Let me know on Twitter or in the comments below.
