We’ve hit that time of the year where most of the world is looking towards the holidays and taking a break from conventions. Unlike the spring, summer, and fall, there aren’t multiple conventions every single weekend. It means it’s a fine time to work on projects or do some winter cleaning and organizing. If you can’t quite bring yourself to sculpt armor or start sewing your next costume, pull out your cosplay supplies and perform inventory. See what sort of materials you have on hand, throw away expired paints or makeup, take care of wig maintenance–you can start 2016 prepared to kick all the cosplay ass. Plus, it’s an excuse to go to The Container Store and buy storage bins and drawers. That’s one of the best presents you can give yourself.
