Conan O’Brien Is Getting Four New Funko Pops! at Comic-Con

If Warner Bros. wanted to take Justice League in a whole new direction they could easily do it by recasting Superman with Conan O’Brien in the role… but since we seriously doubt they’re going to do that, we’ll just have imagine what might have been with the ginger-haired late night host as the Man of Steel in Funko Pop! form.

Conan announced that once again he will be taking his show to San Diego Comic Con, and just like last year Funko will have four exclusive Conan Pops! figures available for members of his audience. The four variations include Conan as a Ghostbuster, a stormtrooper, Superman, and The Joker (Jared Leto style). The latter toy features the host’s famous quaff done up in Joker-green instead of Conan-orange.

But that’s not all. Because Conan wanted to make sure these really had some special value, he didn’t bother signing them, or taking a photo with them. No, instead he took a shower with them. I don’t know if that will help or hurt the value (feels like it will hurt), but the four Conan figures from last year are currently listed on eBay for anywhere from $75 for one to $700 for all four (though you can find the set for less than that).

You can see those original Pop! figures (regular Conan in a suit, Batman Conan, zombie Conan, and monster Conan) in the video from last year’s announcement.

Batman, Superman, and The Joker? Are we sure Warner Bros. isn’t interested in an all Conan Justice League movie? Although, after seeing Conan in the shower it’s probably best not to put him in the Wonder Woman costume.

Which of these Conan Funko Pops! would you most want? Tell us in the comments below.
