Comic-Con 2013: The Geek Week Comic Block Lineup

Comic-Con 2013 is upon us, and dance cards are filling up faster than The Flash on Cosmic Treadmill. That being said, you’re going to want to keep Saturday morning freem because we’re gearing up for Geek Week by bringing you one-on-one interviews with some of the hottest comic book creators and content creators in the game. Starting at 9AM, head on down to the Geek Week stage at Petco Park through Nerd HQ, right across from the Convention Center, for exclusive candid conversations, fan Q&A, and giveaways from McFarlane Toys and Sideshow Collectibles with all your favorite folks, moderated by Nerdist’s Brian Walton and yours truly. Here’s a sneak peek at some of the awesome talent you can expect to see:

– Todd McFarlane (Spawn)

– Dan LuVisi (Last Man Standing)

– Ben Acker and Ben Blacker (Thrilling Adventure Hour, Wolverine: Season One)

– Jon Schnepp (Death of Superman Lives)

– Sam Humphries (Avengers A.I., Uncanny X-Force)

– Grant Morrison (18 Days, Wonder Woman: Earth One)

– Gerry Dugan and Brian Posehn (Deadpool)

– Anders Holm (Workaholics)

And just in case that wasn’t enough to get you excited, check out some exclusive Last Man Standing artwork from Dan LuVisi. If you’d like to tell him how rad this is in person, Dan will be also signing limited edition hardcover copies of Last Man Standing at the Dark Horse booth (#2615) on Wednesday at 6PM, Thursday at 10AM, Saturday at 9AM and Sunday at 10AM.

Pretty freakin’ awesome, right? Check out our complete Comic-Con schedule and feel free to hit up Brian and myself on Twitter (using #NerdistSDCC) if you have hard-hitting questions you’d like us to ask. The Geek Week Comic Block kicks off this Saturday, so wake up bright and early and save yourself a seat. Stay tuned for even more awesome Geek Week content here, starting August 4th.
