To preview the season 3 premiere of Comedy Bang! Bang! on IFC, a clip has been released in which host Scott Aukerman and Patton Oswalt find out some exciting news, specifically involving them, about Star Wars: Episode VII. Forget all the rumors you’ve heard thus far; The news they tease out might be really big (or they’re just indulging in some signature CBB silliness).

This is just one more step to making Oswalt’s multi-universe Star Wars pitch into reality.

Look for the 20 episode season 3 of Comedy Bang! Bang! to start Thursday, May 8th on IFC at 10:30 PM.
