Come See Jonah Ray Tape His Next Comedy Record January 27th

Our friend Jonah Ray has given you countless hours of entertainment through his comedy, his co-hosting of the Nerdist Podcast, his writing and appearances on The Soup, and, possibly, at other times in other less public ways. I don’t know what else you might have done with him. In any event, this man, and he is, if nothing else, a giver, is recording his next release for AST Records, Hello, Mr. Magic Plane Person, Hello, and he would like you to come to see him and hear him and laugh in a manner appropriate for a comedy recording. Is that too much to ask?

Okay, then, it’s free and he’ll spring for some drinks.

Do we have a deal? Great. (Seriously, Jonah is, as you know, very funny and well worth paying to see, so this is a great opportunity)  So, come down to Nerdist Theater at Meltdown Comics, 7522 Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, on Friday, January 27th at 8:30 pm Pacific time. Maybe you can come a little early and check out the amazing stuff available for purchase, then assemble in an orderly fashion in time for Jonah to entertain you with his comedy. And if that’s STILL not enough, Jonah will be joined by some friends who will also perform, so it’s going to be a whole thing, a great comedy night in an intimate setting at an unbeatable price. No excuses — if you’re in the L.A. area, put it on your calendar now and make plans to be there.

Jonah Ray and friends at a great venue for free on January 27th — you should be there, shouldn’t you? Yes, you should.

(And, yes, like the last one, this one will be released on vinyl as well as in digital form, but if you buy the vinyl, you get download codes for the digital versions, so it’s like being a Luddite AND a technophile all at once. Or something. But first, come on out to the show)
