The Super Bowl is known for many things: marketing, ratings, trailers, commercials, football⦠but something that really shines during the most watched yearly television event are the outlandish bets that often take place because of it. Over the years, many a street cone have been stolen, and may forms of currency have changed hands⦠however, there are no bets that can stack up to what we saw this year between two of the Chris-men of Marvel, Chris Evans and Chris Pratt.
See, right before the big game, the two men made a bet: if the Seahawks won, Evans would have to visit a childrenâs hospital of Prattâs choosing dressed as Captain America, and if the Patriots won, Pratt would have to do the same â but in Boston, dressed as Star-Lord. You get the idea.
Well, as we all know by now, the Patriots won it by hair, and that means it was time for Pratt to pay up⦠and pay up he did, in style. Check it out:
These pictures just melt out heart in so many different ways that itâs basically been turned into a tasty, aww-filled soup.
It takes real class for a major actor like Pratt to do this, and we truly have the utmost respect for the man for following through on his promise. He proved heâs awesome, the kids got a memory theyâll remember forever, and we got a photo gallery we simply canât stop looking at.
This is whyâs Chris Pratt is the man. This is why heâs the Star-Lord.
Is he YOUR Star-Lord? Don’t you think Marvel people should do this all the time, regardless of sports?
Don’t forget Chris Evans is visiting Seattle Children’s Hospital. These guys define the term Super Hero.

“may forms of currency”? Please get someone to proof read before publishing. …And like others have requested, give Chris Evans his propers as well for visiting the kids.
Who is editing your articles? I’ll take the job. “Melt out heart?” That hurticaria my brain.
Ok I typed “hurt” – what is hurticaria??? Lol
You forgot to add Chris Evans also showed up to his hospital also in spite of winning that bet. Give that man some props too!
You forgot to mention that Chris Evans was there as well. Big omission.
So many typos. I could easily get a job writing articles online.
