Chris Evans Wants to Play Escape-the-Room with You (for Charity!)

Chris Evans may play Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but he’s a pretty great superhero in real life as well. Now, Evans is teaming up with Omaze for a new charity event that will let four lucky fans join him on an escape room adventure.

Via the official Omaze website, one winner and three of their closest friends will get a free trip to Boston and enter an escape room with Evans. The only thing we know about the particular escape room is that it will be an original narrative, but Omaze suggests that “you could solve a murder, get locked up in a haunted house, rob a bank or maybe even solve a murder in a haunted bank.” We kind of love that last idea. Afterwards, Evans and his escape room companions will be heading out for burgers and beers. Sounds good to us!

Evans’ charity of choice for this event is Christopher’s Haven, an organization that provides nine temporary and fully-furnished apartments for families of children being treated for cancer in Boston hospitals. Christopher’s Haven is located near Massachusetts General Hospital, and the organization is primarily powered by its network of volunteers.

Even if you don’t win the big prize, Omaze is offering several reward incentives, including T-shirts, posters and DVDs signed by Evans, and even the opportunity to get Evans to leave a personalized voicemail message. You can get more information and make a pledge by visiting this link.

What would be your favorite escape room scenario for you and Evans to experience? Share your picks in the comment section below!
