Following the release of a trailer that nearly broke the internet in dinobot-thrilled excitement, Paramount is slowly ramping up its marketing campaign for the next installment in Michael Bay’s series, Transformers: Age of Extinction. Yesterday, we got a new poster of human character Su Yueming, and today, we get a brand new Decepticon goodness:
Of course half the fun is trying to figure out who these guys are, as the posters themselves don’t tell us much. Current speculation says this robotic monster is Extinction’s Galvatron, and if that’s the case, this movie might be delving into some of the time travel once rumored to be a major component of the third film. Also being rumored is that the big dude behind him is none other than Unicron. Now if that’s true, watch out, because things are about to go off.
Transformers: Age of Extinction will hit theaters in regular formats and IMAX on June 27th.
