Channel Your Inner Darkness With These LEGEND T-Shirts

For whatever reason, the 1985 movie Legend always terrified me. I vaguely remember it playing on the free weeks of HBO when I was a child and never really got a proper read on it. As an adult, I recognize it for the great Ridley Scott film it is and always has been. The people over at FrightRags.com know this too and are giving us a way to show off our inner Lord of All Darkness.

For those of you who don’t remember, Legend is a dark fairy tale adventure starring the ageless warlock himself – Tom Cruise – as forest dwelling hero Jack, fighting against the also somewhat ageless Tim Curry as Darkness. My guess is that they made some sort of deal with… ahh.. whats his name? The dev…. no, that’s not it. It’ll come to me.

The shirts themselves showcase pretty much the most bad-ass makeup job this side of anything with the stylized face of Tim Curry’s Darkness mean mugging us on each shirt. Let’s face it, anything that pays tribute to what is probably one of the best, and probably heaviest, costume applications in all of movie history is worth showing off in t-shirt form.

Pure. Tim. Curry. Swag.

Check out the shirt designs below and can be pre-ordered here. So far there are just the Darkness ones but we’re hoping they do so well that we can get some unicorn/Tom Cruise ones at some point. Come to think of it, Tom Cruise might be the human equivalent of a unicorn. I met him once and it was pretty magical.

What do you think of the shirts? Anyone want to re-watch Legend with me? Let us know in the comments below!
