Celebrate WABAC Wednesday with Mr. Peabody and Sherman

Ever since 1959, the dynamic duo of dog genius Mr. Peabody and his boy Sherman have been taking us on brain-bendingly fun, surprisingly educational journeys across time and space through the magic of their WABAC machine. This year, our favorite canine genius and his boy ward made their triumphant return to theaters in DreamWorks’ Mr. Peabody & Sherman, starring Ty Burrell and Max Charles as the iconic animated duo. The animated film finally comes to Blu-ray and DVD on October 14th and is packed to the gills with all manner of bonus features classic clips from Mr. Peabody & Sherman and The Rocky & Bullwinkle & Friends Show. To celebrate, we have an exclusive clip for you of Mr. Peabody & Sherman’s first-ever appearance from way back in 1959.

Do you happen to live in Los Angeles and want even more Mr. Peabody and Sherman in your life? The Paley Center in Beverly Hills, CA is running an exhibition on animation legend Jay Ward’s work right now. Ward, for those of you who don’t know, created classic characters like Rocky and Bullwinkle, Dudley Do-Right, Snidely Whiplash, Cap’n Crunch, and, yes, Mr. Peabody and Sherman.
