Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul & Julia Louis-Dreyfyus Spin Comedy Gold in BARELY LEGAL PAWN

If you thought Joel McHale and Tony Hale’s Comedians in Cars Getting Cocaine was a sublime display of TV stars behaving badly online, then prepare yourself for Barely Legal Pawn. Hale’s Veep co-star Julia Louis-Dreyfus plays herself, or a version thereof, while Breaking Bad‘s Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul again play two unscrupulous entrepreneurs. This time they’re Buzz and Randy Jackson, two good ol’ boys running an LA pawn shop (which may or may not be a front for another business), who get a visit from Julia the morning after she’s done “some online shopping.” The result is pure comedy gold from three Emmy winners at the absolute top of their games, who trade good-natured jabs at each other while spoofing History’s inexplicably popular reality show Pawn Stars. Watch the absurdity below.

Oh, yes. If these three actors didn’t already deserve their Emmy awards, Barely Legal Pawn cements their worthiness for all time… In related news, we also learned Aaron Paul has taken time off from his new puppy bathing business to host a Breaking Bad-themed scavenger hunt across the greater Los Angeles area in honor of the show’s final appearance at the Emmys. Paul has long endeared himself to fans with his unrestrained enthusiasm for all things Bad, but the thesp reaches a new level of geekiness here. Below is the announcement, which Paul released via Instagram.
