BORDERLANDS: THE PRE-SEQUEL Gets Jiggy With a New Trailer, Release Date

On the same day as another major Borderlands announcement, fans can ready up their OZ kits and slag shooting weaponry for this fall. Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel will make it’s official moon landing on October 14, 2014. Along with the release date comes the game’s latest trailer, which features the Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel cast making their bid for America’s Best Dance Crew. I’d say they made a pretty convincing case, but I’ll let you be the judge of that for yourself:

Whoa! I didn’t think they’d outdo the Doomsday trailer from Borderlands 2, but this one definitely kicked things up a notch in terms of entertainment value. Twenty bucks says that Harmonix throws Borderlands characters into the next Dance Central game. If not, this definitely needs to happen.

Friendly reminder: the game is set to hit on the PS3, 360 and PC platforms. Make sure you stay tuned here on Nerdist.com for more exciting game related news.

The volume control on this particular video player seems to go from high to mute without messing about with old world concepts like medium or low settings.

    Edgy. Very edgy.

Why can’t they release this on the next gen console’s? Even if it has last gen graphics I hate having to plug back in my 360. Bah! First world problems I guess.

Don’t an autoplay video on a page you’re going to pop up an age verification screen over.
