  1. First time listening to this cast. And wow! That was so much fun to listen to! I haven’t looked very hard but it feels hard to find podcasts that talk about spooky stuff (I’m very into horror). I’m hooked! And I SUPPOSE I’ll have to check out the Sleepy Hollow now too…

  2. Shame that Chobot wasn’t on this one, but holy crap did I love all the horror genre talk! Please have Clarke Wolfe on again, hearing other horror genre fans talk shop was great.

  3. Chelsea says:

Dude Bowser how did you still stay in Eureka?! You say your wife scares easy. clearly she does not! I would have ran out of there!

  4. Vince says:

You know what’s funny, Bowser? Looking up, “Eureka California Creepy” brings up some reviews for the Motel 6 in the town, lol. 22 Reviews on Yelp and an average of 2 out of 5 stars (and all the 1 stars paint it as a sh*t hole that smells of “dead hooker” and feels like Jack Nicholson is going to bust through your door with a knife). It also has a one star review on TripAdvisor that is titled, “Creepy”.
    YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

  5. Vince says:

Great episode! Wonderful discussion about horror movies this week and the story about Eureka was sooo creepy, Bowser. I LOVE the stories, and I’m glad you guys finally talked about a creepy town. I live in Pennsylvania, about 45m-to-an hour away from Centralia, PA – the town that’s infamous for two things. One, being the location where they shot, “Silent Hill”, and Two, being the place of a terrible coal mining accident that took many lives. The place is spooky as heck, year round.
I ended up driving through there once with my girlfriend on my way to Pittsburgh. It’s a total ghost town, and there are so many weird features… especially from the mine fires that still burn. There’s still, constantly, a lot of steam coming up from the ground because of it. We found ourselves there in the day, and on our way back, was approaching it at night. We said, “eff that” and stayed at a hotel instead until morning.
Clarke was a great guest host, but I also hope Jess feels better next week!

  6. Tracy says:

I do love the personal stories, whether from hosts, guests or listeners.  Please keep up with including in each ep!

  7. Andrew says:

More episiodes like the first two plz less video games and movie reviewsThanks A

  8. kerrell says:

Kinda sucks that Chobot wasn’t on this one but still a great episode. I like Clarke, she seems like a really cool person and it doesn’t hurt that she’s gorgeous.

  9. Zach says:

Sleep Paralysis happens (on average) 2 times year to most people. The pressure on the chest story. This has studied. It’s understood

  10. I was just thinking… what was the movie that got me the most as a ki- The Witches! That was driving me crazy, thanks you guys.

Good god damn, what is it with roald dahl and evil chocolate?

  11. Matt Rebel says:

Less interested in this episode guys.  The first ones were great, you spoke about real creepy stuff and it was fun but it kinda seems like this was not on the same track.  I dont know if it was because Jess wasnt there (no offense Bowser), but this was just an interview and critique on modern film.  Get back to just scary stories and spooky happenings and things, that’s simple and perfect!

  12. Bryce says:

Woah! Babadook hasn’t even come out yet theatrically, and you spoil the opening sequence!!!!! Love the podcast, listened to them all, but damn!
